PAYMENT

Accepted methods Card, Zelle, Cash App, bank transfer
Retainer 20% at signing, non-refundable

Travel Under 25 miles included. For trips of 25+ miles, $0.70 per mile round trip applies. Out-of-state travel and lodging are added to the invoice.
Studio time Studio rental is included in your invoice.

ADDITIONAL POLICIES

Booking & retainer

A date is reserved once the agreement is signed and the 20% retainer is paid.

Until then, the date remains available to other clients. The retainer is applied to the final balance.

We book one session or event per day.

Cancellation & rescheduling

With 7 or more days' notice, you may reschedule once without an additional fee. Your retainer carries over.

With fewer than 7 days' notice or a no-show, the retainer is forfeited and 50% of the remaining balance is due.

Outdoor sessions may be moved without charge when weather conditions are unsafe.

If Zare Visions cancels, you may reschedule without charge or receive a full refund.

Delivery & revisions

Your complete gallery will be delivered within 10 days of the session.

Galleries are released once the final balance is paid.

One round of minor revisions is included when requested within 7 days of delivery.

Raw, unedited photographs are not provided.

Portfolio & releases

We may use session images in our portfolio, website, and marketing materials. Signing the agreement acts as a model release.

Clients may opt out by notifying us in writing before the session.

Participants under 18 require a parent or guardian signature.

Liability & refunds

We photograph with backup gear. If files are lost beyond reasonable control, liability is limited to a refund of fees paid or a reshoot when the occasion is repeatable.

Fees for delivered creative work are non-refundable. Minor revisions are available under the revision policy.

Sessions may be terminated without refund for harassing, discriminatory, or unsafe behavior.

How do I book a shoot?

Complete the contact form with your preferred date, project type, location, and creative direction.

How do I secure a date?

A signed agreement and 20% retainer secure your booking.

Can I reschedule?

Yes. One free reschedule is available with at least 7 days' notice.

When will I get my photos?

Within 10 days of the session, provided the final balance has been paid.

Can I request revisions?

One round of minor revisions is included within 7 days of gallery delivery.

Are raw files included?

No. The final delivery consists of selected, finished photographs.
